Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a decision on your refund. Please be sure to receive a return authorization number before returning any shipment. We may also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is determined to be a fault of the customer no shipping fees will be paid and up to a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Refunds are issued as store credit unless otherwise decided by us.
You should expect to receive any store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a store coupon more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes us to process your refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
NOTE: We apologize but we do not accept any returns without an invoice or more than 30 days after the invoice date or sale.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, the automated shipping program will estimate shipping cost and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound
If the automated shipping program does not pick up a "remote area" surcharge and when the shipper is produced the shipping charges exceed the estimated International or Domestic cost that was attached to the invoice produced we will request the difference in shipping cost from what was paid on the invoice. If the customer does not wish to pay this sub shipping cost fee then we will refund the invoice charges. We have no way to know these fees will be applied until we produce the shipper for the order. We apologize but cannot ship orders Internationally or Domestically for a loss, we hope you understand. This normally only happens on orders with a dimensional to weight ratio issue. The automated programs just cannot correctly figure each and every package and delivery address correctly.
LOCAL PICK UP
Local Pick Up is intended for our customers who plan on picking their order up locally. This allows for their order to be pulled, packed, already paid and ready for pick up whenever the customer is ready saving them time.
This is not intended to be used as a "Free Shipping" option. If this option is chosen on an order that requires shipping, then shipping cost plus a "handling" fee of 10.00 will be charged to the order.
