Shipping: Shipments are only insured for the amount of coverage the carrier offers for damaged lost or stolen freight. If the customer wishes to add coverage for the full value of their shipment an email request must be sent to parts@andrewsmotorsports.com informing us you wish to pay extra for full insured value coverage of the shipment. This requirement must be completed before we print any shipment documents. Once the shipping documents are printed changes in coverage cannot be made. The amount of coverage the customer requires on the order should also be included in this email. Andrews Motorsports shall not be held liable for any value placed on a customer’s shipment. The chosen value of the shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer to set. Also once the shipment has been picked up and the tracking number activated if a shipment is lost, stolen or damaged the customer should contact the shipping company and file the required grievance. The responsibility of Andrews Motorsports is to package the products and print the documents for pick up. Once the shipments tracking is activated Andrews Motorsports no longer has responsibility of the order.
Remote Area Sub Charge Fees: If the automated shipping program does not pick up a "remote area" surcharge and when the shipper is produced the shipping charges exceed the estimated International cost that was attached to the produced invoice we will request the difference that was paid on the invoice. If the customer does not wish to pay this sub fee then we will refund the invoice charges. We have no way to know these fees will be applied until we produce the shipper for the order. AMS Store (brick & mortar, online) You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a decision on your refund. Please be sure to receive a return authorization number before returning any shipment. We may also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is determined to be a fault of the customer no shipping fees will be paid and up to a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Refunds are issued as store credit unless otherwise decided by us. NOTE: We apologize but we do not accept any returns without an invoice or more than 30 days after the invoice date or sale.
Electrical & Special Order Parts: No return of electrical or special order parts
Discounts: Andrews Motorsports only offers and honors discount codes through our web site or Facebook stores. Coupon codes or store discounts can not be used in store (over the counter) or over the phone. We also can not apply discount codes or pricing to purchases either before or after the sale dates. The coupon codes are generated for the online web site store use only (not eBay). If a code is not used at checkout then sale prices do not apply. More than one discount code cannot be applied to a sale. The eBay store sales and discounts only apply to the eBay store under eBay guidelines.
