Shop Labor, Install Sleeves & BIG BORE & Hone Cylinder Block, AHRMA, Twin, CB160, CB175, Option #3

This listing is for LABOR ONLY machine work for a twin cylinder "BIG BORE" Honda CB160, CB175 for the AHRMA Formula 200 Vintage Racing Class. This listing is for the removal of the standard sleeves, install BIG BORE sleeves with bore & hone machine work. We then finish bore & hone to piston size, and machine cylinder deck if required. The price also includes setting the customers piston rings, cleaning and vapor blasting.  

NOTE 1: Customer must supply cylinder, sleeves and pistons. Andrews Motorsports can supply those parts if required. This listing is "Machining Labor" only for the customer that wishes to supply his own parts.

NOTE 2 : (Included In This Service) If cylinder requires cleaning before we can begin machine work this is a 30.00 "surcharge". When cleaned with our equipment the finished product will resemble the 40 plus year old vintage model shown above as an example. The example cylinder did not look anything like the above finished product when it arrived. As a matter of fact the customer questioned if he was receiving the same cylinder in return.

NOTE 3 : (Included In This Service) If the cylinder deck (cylinder head gasket surface) requires machining that is a "surcharge"

NOTE 4: See Pictures 1 & 2, We also recommend using the later "round edge" cylinders such as the one shown for big bore engines. These have larger fins and cool best.

Included in this price is: Clean and Vapor Blast, Remove Sleeves, Bore Cylinder Block For Big Bore Sleeves, Install Sleeves, Finish Bore & Hone To Piston Size, Deck If Required.

Pictures number 1 and 2 show the cylinder block cleaned and vapor blasted with Big Bore sleeves ready for install. The photos show a Honda CB175 cylinder block but services (install big bore sleeves and finish machine) for most inline 2 cylinder blocks would be the same. This listing is for LABOR ONLY, you must provide your own cylinder. pistons and sleeves.
