This auction is for a MODIFYING a customers oil pan or "cover strainer" for the Yamaha FJ & XJR series engines, installing the oil baffle system in the CUSTOMERS oil pan. This listing includes the baffle kit and installation labor. If the oil pan needs any other refurbishing such as repairing stripped oil drain or pan adapter threads that service would be extra.

The baffle kit keeps oil from running away from the oil pump pickup during hard straight line acceleration or maximum lean angle turning left or right turns. There is also the advantage of keeping excessive oil from the clutch basket during cornering which would act like a huge hydraulic brake and rob horsepower.

We also have a listing where we will sell the customer the kit to install in his own oil pan.

We can also provide any machine work or complete engine rebuilds (standard or performance) if needed.
