Shop Labor, Bore & Hone Cylinder Block, Twin, CB350, CL350, Option #1

This listing is for LABOR ONLY machine work for a twin cylinder Honda such as a CB350, CB350, SL350 series motorcycles. This listing includes an "overbore" up to a .020 or 0.5 mm bore increase. If the cylinder requires more cuts to clean up the bore there would be a surcharge of 15.00 per hole. If cylinder decking is required or requested for more compression that is a 55.00 surcharge. 

NOTE 1: Customer must supply cylinder, sleeves and pistons. Andrews Motorsports can supply those parts if required. This listing is "Machining Labor" only for the customer that wishes to supply his own parts.

NOTE 2 : If cylinder requires gasket material surface cleaning before we can begin machine work this is a 30.00 "surcharge". When cleaned with our equipment the finished product will resemble the 40 plus year old vintage model shown above as an example. The example cylinder did not look anything like the above finished product when it arrived. As a matter of fact the customer questioned if he was receiving the same cylinder in return.

NOTE 3 : If the cylinder deck (cylinder head gasket surface) requires machining that is a "surcharge"

Pictures number 1 and 2 show the cylinder block cleaned and vapor blasted with Big Bore sleeves ready for install. The photos show a Honda CB175 cylinder block but services (install big bore sleeves and finish machine) for most inline 2 cylinder blocks would be the same. This listing is for LABOR ONLY, you must provide your own cylinder. pistons and sleeves.
