This listing is for a CUSTOM Ross Racing piston kit developed for Andrews Motorsports use in the Pro Challenge scale race car series (PASCAR) or motorcycle street bike rebuilds. These piston kits can be used as a first oversize rebuild / replacement kit. The kits comes in two sizes .004 over stock and .008 over stock. The kits include 4 pistons, 4 ring sets and 8 piston pin c-clips (uses stock Kawasaki piston pin).

Previously in the Pro Challenge series if you were to rebuild your engine (ZX1100) you would have to re-sleeve the block and return the bore to stock piston size (expensive). These piston kits allow you to "clean" up the stock bore without re-sleeving using the kit JC-125521-004 and then on the next rebuild using the kit JC-125521-008 without ever re-sleeving.

This piston kit would also be an excellent rebuild kit for the street bikes listed below. The previous solution to a street bike rebuild was to "big-bore" your engine to 1109cc as Kawasaki did not offer first (.010) or second (.020) over replacement piston kits.

NOTE: If you need machine work performed on your cylinder block to install these pistons Andrews Motorsports can handle that for you.
