This listing is for a Yamaha FJ1200 "open" engine cylinder head as seen used in Legend car racing.

The pictures number 1 through 9 are different views of the listing, pictures 10, 11 and 12 are just to show our on line customers some of our equipment used to perform the work and views of the race shop. We are located in a brick, mortar and steel building with the equipment, inventory and personal to give our customers the service that they both deserve and need.

The above picture is a accurate reference of the product you will receive. These sometimes will require us to begin machine work when ordered but are always in stock.

Below I will list all parts (Yamaha Dealer Retail) and labor associated with this listing. The cylinder head was removed from a motorcycle engine and the valve job we performed on the head was the it's first. This cylinder head is completely assembled, even the valve lash has already been preset. This head has not been used since we rebuilt it. The work on the cylinder head was done to conform with INEX competition rules. The prices below are just info on the retail prices for NEW parts from a local Yamaha dealer for parts included in this listing.

NOTE: As stated earlier in the listing this head is a re-manufactured unit with the labor, valve spring kit and valve spring base shim kit the only "new" items.

These "open" heads are getting harder to locate but let's just say here at Andrews Motorsports we have quite a few available. Although the cylinder head originated from Japan all machine and assembly work was performed in the South by good Ol' Southern boys.
