This auction is for a brand new 3470FA +.005 (3.293)custom Advanced steel cylinder sleeve that fits Yamaha FJ 1100, 1200, 1250. This custom sleeve is made by Advanced Sleeve and is still in original packaging. These 3470FA series custom sleeves have a smaller outside diameter (3470FA standard 3.288) for a lighter weight.

This is also an excellent sleeve for use as a big bore on the 1100 and 1200 blocks as it leaves enough aluminum (smaller outside diameter sleeve) around the bore that you are not as likely to crack and leak oil. This is a common problem when FJ series blocks are big bored using the common YA-991 series sleeve which has a outside diameter size of 3.390. The 3470FA series sleeves are good up to 1297cc. The 3470FA +.005 3.293 sleeve is a custom part and was designed to replace the standard 3470FA when the bore is out of round due to heat or you have a mistake during machining and bore oversize.
