This auction is for a brand new custom 3.450 Steel Cylinder Sleeve that fits Yamaha FJ 1100, 1200, and 1250 for use on 79 thru 84mm bores. This sleeve is made exclusively for us and is still in original packaging.

 

These sleeves will work in a 1100, 1200, 1250 (1300) Yamaha engine, but if you are building a big bore street sweeper try to use the XJR1250 (1300) block. The XJR1250 (1300) block has more aluminum around the bore and sometimes when you bore a 1200 block for BIG BORE cylinder sleeves the aluminum gets to thin and eventually the block can crack and leak oil. NOTE: Do not even attempt to install these sleeves in an FJ1100 block. If the XJR1250 (1300) block is used this will fix this issue (1250 XJR block has a thicker aluminum casting).

These products may or may not be delivered in manufactures wrapping as we buy in bulk and sometimes the product is delivered to us in plain brown paper or no wrapping at all. As you can tell from the pictures below, the sleeve is brand new and will be a great replacement to any buyer!

 

NOTE: Due to outside diameter size (3.450) the use of this sleeve with an FJ1100 block is NOT recommonded. We advise the use of a FJ1200 or XJR1300 (best option) block with these sleeves.
