This listing is for one brake caliper STAINLESS piston replacing Honda discontinued OEM part number 45107-410-006 fitting several Hondas some front and some rear calipers. Please check the application chart below, also check your model & year. NOTE : This product is made from 17-4 Alloy Stainless which is an upgrade from type 304 or 316.
