This listing is for one new APE manual camchain tensioner for the Kawasaki Z1, KZ900 and KZ1000 series engines. It may work in other applications (see description list below) also but the customer needs to verify that before purchasing. We have many other hard to find parts (new, used and re-manufactured) for this engine in stock. Pictures 1,2 and 3 are of the actual listing. The pictures 4 through 12 are not part of the listing and are only to show our online customers that we are a brick, mortar and steel building with the equipment, personal and inventory to give our customers the service they both need and deserve.

Both problems can be eliminated with the installation of the APE manual tensioner. No mater what the engine does, the cam chain tension will remain constant. An APE manual cam chain tensioner is a must for any kind of performance riding.
APE manual tensioners are CNC machined from billet alloy to exact tolerances for perfect fit.
