Shipping:

Shipments are only insured for the amount of coverage the carrier offers for damaged lost or stolen freight. If the customer wishes to add coverage for the full value of their shipment an email request must be sent to parts@andrewsmotorsports.com informing us you wish to pay extra for full insured value coverage of the shipment. This requirement must be completed before we print any shipment documents. Once the shipping documents are printed changes in coverage cannot be made. The amount of coverage the customer requires on the order should also be included in this email. Andrews Motorsports shall not be held liable for any value placed on a customer’s shipment. The chosen value of the shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer to set. Also once the shipment has been picked up and the tracking number activated if a shipment is lost, stolen or damaged the customer should contact the shipping company and file the required grievance. The responsibility of Andrews Motorsports is to package the products and print the documents for pick up. Once the shipments tracking is activated Andrews Motorsports no longer has responsibility of the order.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Any freight quote does NOT include any duties or taxes that may be charged by your home country. I have no way of knowing these possible fees therefore if any are due at delivery it is the buyers responsibility to pay them. Also we can and will not forge or willingly omit information from any Customs Decleration. According to  U.S. Code: Title 13 : Section 305 we are required to state what the purchased products are and their value. 

Returns:

eBay Store
All eBay sales from Curt Andrews Motorsports eBay Store will be returned and refunded through eBay policies and guidelines set forth in our eBay listings.

 

AMS Store (brick & mortar, online)

All other sales from Andrews Motorsports either through a phone order, in house pick up or AMS operated web store order will require a return authorization from Andrews Motorsports. Please contact parts@andrewsmotorsports.com or call the shop at 704-782-6134 during normal business hours (Eastern Standard Time Zone USA)

 

Electrical & Special Order Parts:

No return of electrical or special order parts

 

Refunds:

AMS Store (brick & mortar, online)

Refunds can be charged up to a 25% restocking fee and this fee is determined at the sole discretion of Andrews Motorsports depending upon circumstances. Also all shipping fees are considered nonrefundable unless decided so at the sole discretion of Andrews Motorsports. This will be determined by the circumstances of each return as to any, partial or full refund on shipping expenses incurred by each party. Refunds or adjustments will be issued as web store credit with a coupon good for 30 days.

 

Discounts:

Andrews Motorsports only offers and honors discount codes through our web store. Coupon codes can not be used in store (over the counter) or over the phone. We also can not apply discount codes to purchases either before or after the sale dates. The coupon codes are generated for online use only.
